Pulse Ambulance Sliding & Opening Window
The original windows can be pushed out and this window should slot straight in using the original window aperture. The fitting should take only 20 mins. The window needs to be sealed with a very small bead of sealant around its frame and either screwed or riveted in. It's also worth putting a bit of sealant on each rivet if they are of the open type. Variations in the Pulse widow aperture cannot be accounted for and some filing may be required. I cannot guarantee they will be 100% slot in although they should be!
In the event a window is broken the frame will need to be removed and taken apart as it is assembled in two halves to enable the glass to be replaced. Obviously this will require the window to be fully removed and so only use the smallest quantity of sealant when fitting to allow this. The more you use the harder it will be to remove. Sika 221 or 252 in Black is recommended although very thin Butyl Tape is also perfect.
We also now have an option for bronze tinted rather than privacy glass. The picture of window shown on the assembly table shows the low level of tint. This is a no cost option please request it in the order comments.
